**IMPORTANT INFORMATION** PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR BIDS.
Pre-Sale:
Registration: If you have not bid with us before please register via the link in our site. You will be required to provide a payment card – please make sure that the card has funds available on it.
Condition Reports: We do not provide condition reports for our timed auctions.
Viewing: We do not have public viewings of our auctions.
Post Sale:
Invoices: The morning after the auction times down you will receive your auction invoice via the email you provided. Please check your spam/junk folders as our emails can end up there.
Payment of purchases: For our timed auctions we take all payments using the card provided at registrations via Stripe. All payments are taken on the Monday following the auction finishing from noon onwards.
A receipt of the payment will be issued to your registered email address from the Stripe webpage.
Collection of purchases: All lots purchased must be collected within 7 working days of the auction - or storage charges will apply.
Collection Days: For our timed auctions we have two collection days:
Wednesday May 31st 11am – 5pm
Thursday June 1st 11am – 5pm.
Delivery: If you require delivery of your purchases we can recommend a service that goes to your area.
You can contact them directly using the numbers below. Provide them with your invoice and they will liaise with us on your behalf to remove the lots and deliver them to your property.
